Irwin Car and Equipment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. This is a new position at our company and an opportunity to stand-up a new department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies, with a focus on performance marketing. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Duties

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
2. Assist various business divisions with preparation and execution of tradeshows
3. Oversee content marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
4. Manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media.
5. Create engaging copy for print advertising, digital content, and promotional materials.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales enablement tools.
8. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Experience

1. Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position.
2. Strong knowledge of performance marketing techniques and tools.
3. Proficiency in HTML for basic website updates and email campaigns is preferred.
4. Experience with content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
5. Familiarity with print advertising processes and best practices.
6. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
7. Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
