Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager join our fast-paced dynamic team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing channels. You will be an active all-around contributor tasked with developing and executing a broad range of inbound and outbound strategic demand-based marketing programs.

You will successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams, while managing numerous projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore. This position is an Individual Contributor role, ideally acting as the bridge between our team and our audience, which is why you should have experience with branding, content marketing, PR, copywriting, analytics, outreach, events and more.

 


What you will do:

 


  • Build and execute best-in-class demand generation campaigns that leverage a multi-channel approach to achieve business growth and revenue goals.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to generate MQLs and monitor the lead funnel and conversions. Tactics to include email, social media, events, digital advertising, website experience, webinars, sales engagements
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value propositions, materials, channels, and calls to action for targeted personas
  • Help position SimpliGov as an industry leader in order to gain C-Level interest and trust
  • Contribute to and maintain a calendar of programs that is in line with the teams overall strategy and goals
  • Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy
  • Assist Sales in providing a full-service marketing support model for strategic opportunities
  • Influence the content strategy and develop content aligned to stages of the buyer journey for targeted segments.
  • Track and report back on campaign performance and overall marketing initiatives

 


Requirements:

 


  • 5+ years in marketing/ demand generation experience; demonstrated success communicating and championing complex enterprise cloud software solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in leading key projects, including strategic customer programs
  • Well-rounded digital marketing skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging and a clear writing style.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence across functions.
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to work in highly independent environments
  • Proven ability to build relationships with community members and internal teams
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$150,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
