Location: 700 Joe Lane Cox Road, Unit 120, Dawsonville, GA 30534 (On-site only, no remote work considered)

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 base + performance-based incentives (after 90-day evaluation period)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. This role will focus on lead generation, content creation, paid advertising, and performance tracking to drive growth and sales. If you have a proven track record in digital marketing, content strategy, and data-driven decision-making, we want to hear from you.

Compensation Structure:

  1. Base Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
  2. Performance Bonuses: After an initial 90-day evaluation period, incentives will be based on lead generation and conversion success.
  3. Potential Earnings: $70K+ with bonuses based on marketing-driven growth.

How Incentives Work:

  1. First 90 days → Set up lead tracking, run test campaigns, and establish baseline data.
  2. After 90 days → Incentives will be structured based on:
  3. Number of new leads generated per month
  4. Cost per lead improvement
  5. Lead-to-sale conversion rate
  6. Revenue growth driven by marketing efforts
  7. Compensation will scale with results—higher performance = higher earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

  1. Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  2. Build and optimize landing pages and run paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  3. Implement lead magnets and automated email funnels to nurture prospects.
  4. Track and analyze marketing data to determine campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Content Creation & Brand Growth

  1. Plan and oversee video content production (shop installs, building highlights, racing content, etc.).
  2. Create and execute a content strategy (blogs, social media, email marketing, newsletters).
  3. Launch and manage a YouTube channel and podcast to engage with the performance community.
  4. Develop engaging ad copy and landing page content for product and service promotion.

Advertising & Promotion

  1. Manage Facebook and YouTube ads to drive conversions.
  2. Run regular giveaways and marketing events to increase brand awareness.
  3. Oversee the production of handwritten thank-you cards and customer engagement efforts.

Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking

  1. First 90 Days: Implement tools to track lead sources, ad spend efficiency, and customer engagement.
  2. After 90 Days: Optimize campaigns based on conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
  3. Report on marketing KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
  2. Proven ability to scale lead acquisition through paid ads and organic strategies. Strong experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and email marketing. Hands-on experience with landing page creation and optimization. Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience in content marketing, including blogs, newsletters, and video content. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
