The Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content, and demand generation. This role will work closely with marketing leadership, sales teams, operations, product management, and external partners to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy, with the ability to manage projects from concept through execution while maintaining high standards of quality.
Essential Job Functions

· Support the planning of and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
· Work with internal team and vendors to develop campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions.
· Coordinate campaign activities across channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, our website, and events.
· Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
· Assist in the creation and management of marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, digital ads, Horizon reports, and email campaigns.
· Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO optimization, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
· Monitor marketing analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
· Build and manage lead nurture programs and automated workflows.
· Manage marketing project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
· Maintain marketing calendars and track campaign deliverables.
· Perform quality assurance checks on marketing assets, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Knowledge & Skills
Education & Experience
· 3-6 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in technology, healthcare IT, or cybersecurity
· Ideal background in journalism or content marketing prior to expanding into broader marketing responsibilities
· Experience working in small, growth-oriented private equity-backed business
