The Storage Group, a competitive creator of websites, provider of online marketing and proprietary touchless rental systems is looking for a (Remote) Part Time Marketing Liaison. If you’re driven to provide excellent customer service, marketing support and detailed reporting analytics, we are looking for you! The Marketing Liaison will support our relationship and activities with our business affiliate and partner/client .

A Day in the Life of the Marketing Liaison:

1. Dedicated liaison for business affiliate
2. Manage day to day partner-client services program and relationship
3. Liaison between teams to ensure completion of all projects and to do items
4. Manage business affiliate and partner-client support tickets in Hubspot to update website changes/app changes
5. Direct and see all projects through to completion
6. Schedule and participate in recurring meetings with business affiliate and partner client
7. Assist with pre-determined marketing strategy tasks for partner-client only
8. Update targeted keywords for business affiliate website
9. Update and Optimize Google Ads campaign for Conferences for business affiliate
10. Update lists in MailChimp for business affiliate
11. Provide Monthly reports - on various analytics and ranking reports for business affiliate
12. Review website analytics, paid Marketing campaign KPI’s, and social media analytics
13. Upload and distribute monthly business affiliate newsletter emails through Mailchimp
14. Create Executive Workshop Website pages with sponsorship information & Conference presentations for business affiliate
15. Social Media management and advertising knowledge
