• Program Coordinator Contractor, Global Events Global Events develops and produces memorable experiences that support Oracle’s business worldwide. As part of our next phase of growth and development, we are looking for a Program Coordinator Contractor, Global Industry Events, to support end-to-end strategic project management for our Tier 1 industry and global business unit events.

Skills & Qualifications

• Project leadership experience with proven track record of success, including experience working in a virtual team environment across different time zones.
• A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of the planning, negotiation, and execution of physical event and marketing activities; expertise in third-party conferences.
• High level of creativity, energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment to the customer experience and program performance.
• Operates with integrity, honesty, and fairness in dealing with colleagues and customers.
• Experience in working in a virtual team environment. Thrives in a fast-moving, high-pressured, challenging, and continually evolving environment.
• Proficient in a variety of applications (Zoom, Excel, Word, Outlook), and can pick up new applications and processes quickly.
• This position can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada and will require some domestic and international travel (approx. 10-15% of time).
• The Global Industry Events Program Coordinator contractor is responsible for the planning, support, and execution of Oracle’s Tier 1 third-party and proprietary events within the Global Industry Events portfolio, which represents the most complex, highest-investment industry events for the company. The role will be the project lead on multiple events simultaneously, and will meet with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Development, Field Sales, and other internal stakeholders to evaluate event objectives and then execute on all aspects of the event lifecycle, including pre-event planning, day-of
