Job Description:

About the Organization

MAA LLC is a global spiritual education and transformation organization dedicated to awakening consciousness and supporting individuals in realizing their true nature as Source, Love, and Light.

At the center of the organization is Her Holiness Sai Maa, a globally recognized spiritual teacher, healer, and author, honored with the title of Jagadguru—the first woman in 2,700 years of the Vishnuswami lineage to receive this distinction. Her teachings focus on profound healing, energetic transformation, and the elevation of human consciousness, reaching audiences across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Rooted in a vision of a world where humanity lives in alignment, harmony, and higher consciousness, MAA LLC exists to support individuals in fulfilling their Dharma and embodying a more awakened way of being. Through its programs, experiences, and teachings, the organization facilitates deep personal transformation while contributing to a broader global shift toward unity and the anchoring of the Divine Feminine.

MAA LLC operates as a founder-forward ecosystem, with Sai Maa serving as the primary source of teaching, transmission, and audience magnetism. At the same time, the organization is actively expanding into a more scalable pathway of offerings—including programs, membership, and the MAA Foundations Path—designed to support individuals at all stages of their journey.

Operating within a founder-forward environment means that decisions about brand voice, content direction, and communications are sometimes iterative and require alignment with the Managing Director and Her Holiness Sai Maa. The right candidate holds this process with patience and professionalism, understanding that alignment with the source of the teachings is not a bureaucratic step but a core feature of how MAA operates.

The Opportunity (please note only applications with the required video submission will be considered)

MAA LLC is at a pivotal stage of growth—evolving from a primarily founder-led organization into a more structured, scalable ecosystem of offerings, including the MAA Foundations Path, membership, and faculty-led programs.

With a strong global audience and deep resonance around Her Holiness Sai Maa’s teachings, the organization has an established foundation of awareness and engagement. The opportunity now is to translate that presence into a cohesive, high-performing marketing system that drives consistent enrollment, revenue, and long-term community growth.

This role serves as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, working closely to translate organizational and program strategy into clear, aligned, and well-executed marketing across programs and ongoing communications. The Head of Marketing will step into an active and capable team.

Operating within a founder-forward environment, this role requires someone who can work in close alignment with vision and voice while bringing the structure, clarity, and execution needed to deliver high-quality, consistent marketing. This role does not require someone to be part of the Sai Maa community, but it does require a genuine respect for the work and a personal resonance with the fields of spiritual growth, healing, and transformation.

Role Overview

The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading marketing execution across MAA LLC, with ownership of communications, content, marketing operations, and revenue-supporting initiatives across all offerings, programs, and services. This role works in close partnership with the Managing Director to translate organizational and program strategy into aligned, high-quality marketing campaigns, content, and communications.

Within this founder-forward organization, marketing efforts are closely connected to the teachings and presence of Her Holiness Sai Maa, while also supporting the growth and expansion of MAA LLC’s broader offerings, including the MAA Foundations Path, membership, and faculty-led programs.

The Director of Marketing operates as a strategic partner and execution lead—ensuring that marketing efforts are delivered effectively, on brand, and aligned to enrollment and revenue goals, with a strong focus on clarity, consistency, and follow-through across campaigns, communications, and content.

This role oversees and executes within a cohesive marketing system that connects messaging, content, campaigns, and CRM into a unified pathway that supports enrollment, revenue, and ongoing community engagement, with final approvals of brand direction remaining with the Managing Director.
