MARKETING COPYWRITER - ENGLISH PROFICIENT - REMOTE

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN) - CORPORATE OFFICES IN MIAMI, FL. / GLOBAL Inc. 5000 company

Occasional travel may be required for key meetings, conferences, or team events (Domestic and International: US, LATAM, ASIA)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the creation, editing, and quality control of content for websites, newsletters, social media, internal communications, and marketing materials
  2. Adapt messaging and tone for diverse audiences and platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistent brand voice
  3. Partner with internal stakeholders to shape clear, engaging content and provide communication guidance
  4. Contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies across all channels including digital, social media, email, internal platforms, and print
  5. Ensure message alignment across departments and communication touchpoints
  6. Own content planning and coordination through content calendars, supporting campaigns, announcements, and ongoing initiatives
  7. Manage multilingual content by coordinating with translators and reviewing translated materials for consistency and quality
  8. Track and analyze communication performance, recommending improvements to increase reach and engagement
  9. Coordinate with design, marketing, and external vendors, and oversee content approvals, version control, and distribution
  10. Maintain communication guidelines, templates, and documentation, and support broader communication initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in communications, content, or corporate communications roles
  3. Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across audiences and channels
  4. Experience developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies
  5. Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  6. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  7. Experience coordinating multilingual content and working with translators is an advantage
  8. Familiarity with digital platforms, including content management systems, email tools, and social media channels
  9. Ability to analyze communication performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
  10. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
  11. Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
