We're looking for a passionate and versatile Marketing Assistant to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts to the next level.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on ecommerce and direct-to-consumer strategies. This role requires hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify as well as Klaviyo email marketing or similar. Experience with or interest in woodworking tools is a major advantage. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in content creation, catalog production, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing Shopify product listings, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization.
• Develop and execute Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.
• Collaborate on the production of print and digital catalogs, coordinating layout, copy, and design.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts to promote products and brand awareness.
• Create and edit video content for product demonstrations, tutorials, and marketing campaigns.
• Write compelling blog posts that highlight product features, woodworking tips, and industry trends.
• Analyze performance metrics across marketing channels and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date on woodworking tools and industry trends to maintain expertise and relevancy.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within ecommerce.
• Proficiency with Shopify and Klaviyo email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with woodworking tools and/or a passion for the woodworking industry is a strong plus.
• Experience with catalog production, including layout and content coordination.
• Strong skills in social media content creation and scheduling across platforms.
• Video creation and editing experience, including software proficiency (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent writing skills for blogs, product descriptions, and marketing content.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working on-site in our Oldsmar, Florida office.
