We're looking for a talented marketing professional to help us grow and bring in more high-quality leads.

🎯 Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
2. Optimize website SEO and update content regularly
3. Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
4. Design and distribute email and SMS campaigns
5. Help coordinate print/direct mail campaigns
6. Track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
7. Work with our sales team to align marketing with project goals

✅ Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in marketing (home services or construction preferred)
2. Strong understanding of lead generation and local advertising
3. Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
4. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and WordPress
5. Excellent communication and organization skills
6. Self-starter who can work independently and hit deadlines

💼 Bonus:

1. Graphic design experience
2. Video editing skills (for social posts or YouTube content)
3. Spanish speaking a plus
