We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, convert, and retain subscribers and readers across all Kyle Media publications. You will leverage both paid and organic methods to drive growth and engagement across all platforms, including website, house ads, email and social media. In addition, you will be responsible for all events that Kyle Media attends throughout the year.
Responsibilities
Subscription Management
- Maintain and increase our magazine’s subscription, circulation and revenue in both print and digital channels
- Identify and implement subscriber promotions, both through the magazine, online and via third parties, building on existing customer relations to improve retention among subscription database
- Primary contact for subscriptions services provider, overseeing subscriptions reporting
- Primary contact for mailing house, overseeing subscriber mailing list and editorial/advertiser copies
- Process monthly print orders and manage distribution
Marketing
- Deliver results-driven subscription marketing strategy for acquisition and retention
- Devise regular, targeted campaigns to win back lapsed subscribers
- Oversee production of in-house advertising and marketing material
- Create and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Oversee paid and organic social media strategy
- Oversee all Boat Shows that Kyle Media attends (Contracts, Marketing, Materials, Booth)
