Role Overview
Associate Manager, Marketing Communications to support global marketing initiatives with a strong focus on downstream marketing. This individual will help drive awareness and adoption of our innovations by developing engaging marketing assets, managing social media campaigns, maintaining digital platforms, and coordinating key events. This is a dynamic role that blends creativity with execution—ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, attention to detail, and translating science and technology into impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content for marketing collateral, presentations, digital media, website, and customer-facing materials.
- Coordinate conferences, tradeshows, webinars, podcasts, and industry events.
- Develop pre/post-event marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
- Support national sales meetings and product launches with marketing assets.
- Manage website updates, physician education platforms, and sales resource centers.
- Design graphics and write captions for social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance across social, web, and event channels.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE – 3+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, medical device preferred
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across cross-functional teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator required).
- Proven ability to manage marketing communications collateral and digital assets.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with clinical or research data.
