As a Communication Strategist, you'll be the artisan behind end-to-end communication strategies for the firm's most significant initiatives and crisis management scenarios. Dive into the core of Enterprise Change & Communication, where marketing prowess is key to delivering impactful results and driving critical initiatives and transformations.

What You'll Do:

• Craft spellbinding messages that captivate over 50,000 associates, utilizing your marketing finesse across email, meeting content, intranet, and internal communications platforms.
• Be the trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring your marketing magic weaves consistent and compelling narratives through various channels.
• Employ strategic consultation skills to anticipate shifts in strategy, influencing business leaders with the magic of data and stakeholder insights.
• Wield communication metrics as your marketing compass to steer multiple projects toward strategic success.
• Collaborate with fellow marketing professionals to identify opportunities, assess risks, and seamlessly integrate efforts for maximum impact.

To Be Successful, It'll Help If You Have:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for degrees in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of marketing, communications, or journalism experience; 2-7 years leading or coaching others.
• Skills: Masterful writing skills, channel activation strategies, and content production processes are your marketing spells. Crisis management experience is required.
• Abilities: Navigate dynamic environments with the agility of a seasoned marketer, managing conflicting priorities with resilience.
