You’ll be part of the Alcohol General Management team’s Consumer Pod, which works on fast-paced marketing and operational projects to drive immediate business growth. This role is a mix of strategy, project execution, and learning from results—specifically for alcohol-related marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Strategy (10%)
- Work with the team to brainstorm and define approaches for different customer "occasions" (e.g., happy hour, weekend parties).
- Lead Execution (60%)
- Manage marketing projects from start to finish—set them up, coordinate teams, and make sure everything goes live smoothly.
- Drive Learnings (30%)
- After each campaign, analyze results using SQL and write up what worked, what didn’t, and how future campaigns can improve.

- SQL: Basic ability to write queries for performance data (there will be an SQL test)
Experience:
- Project Management: Can manage multiple incoming projects and prioritize
- Stakeholder Communication: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and giving updates
- Data Analysis: Able to evaluate campaign success and pull insights
Day-to-Day Work:
- Prioritize new marketing requests (with help from team lead)
- Coordinate daily with other departments to move projects forward
- Turnaround time for projects is usually 1–2 weeks
