Job Description:


You’ll be part of the Alcohol General Management team’s Consumer Pod, which works on fast-paced marketing and operational projects to drive immediate business growth. This role is a mix of strategy, project execution, and learning from results—specifically for alcohol-related marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define Strategy (10%)
  2. Work with the team to brainstorm and define approaches for different customer "occasions" (e.g., happy hour, weekend parties).
  3. Lead Execution (60%)
  4. Manage marketing projects from start to finish—set them up, coordinate teams, and make sure everything goes live smoothly.
  5. Drive Learnings (30%)
  6. After each campaign, analyze results using SQL and write up what worked, what didn’t, and how future campaigns can improve.

Skills:

  1. Google Sheets / Excel: Strong skills to analyze and present campaign data
  2. Campaign Manager: Will learn on the job—set up and review marketing campaigns
  3. Figma: Can use templates to make banners and emails; willing to learn more
  4. SQL: Basic ability to write queries for performance data (there will be an SQL test)


Experience:

  1. Project Management: Can manage multiple incoming projects and prioritize
  2. Stakeholder Communication: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and giving updates
  3. Data Analysis: Able to evaluate campaign success and pull insights


Day-to-Day Work:

  1. Prioritize new marketing requests (with help from team lead)
  2. Coordinate daily with other departments to move projects forward
  3. Turnaround time for projects is usually 1–2 weeks
