This is a work-from-anywhere marketing support position that will require cold calling from a provided script and a list of numbers to dial. This is one of the most difficult and important positions for the well-being of Citadel Blue’s sales initiatives.
We are an IT Managed Services Company that serves as the Information Technology department for other small and medium-sized businesses. Basic knowledge of IT systems and infrastructures is nice, but we’re really looking for aptitude and attitude that fits our company culture. In short, we hire for quality, train for knowledge, and promote from within.

Compensation Bonus Tiers
$1 per dial (calls will be made from your device through our phone system).
Each appointment that keeps will be a $5 bonus.
Each appointment that converts to a proposal will be a $20 bonus.
Each proposal that converts to a sale will be a $150 bonus.
