We're actively seeking a Marketing Assistant on behalf of our marketing firm client based out of the NYC metro area. Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the planning, development, and coordination of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and product launches.
2. Create, edit, and manage content for social media, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Manage social media accounts, engage followers, and monitor analytics to enhance brand awareness.
4. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and compile data to support marketing strategies.
5. Maintain CRM databases, assist in campaign tracking, and support marketing event logistics.

Qualifications:

1. 4-year degree or combination of relevant education and experience required.
2. Basic understanding of marketing principles, with experience in content creation and campaign support.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe) a plus.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail in all content.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
6. Creative thinker with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
