We work with active adults and athletes who are tired of short-term fixes and want real, lasting solutions. Our approach blends rehab, performance training, and movement-based care, inside a gym environment.

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager who’s hungry to grow, thrives on creativity, and actually knows how to get things done.

The Role

This is a part-time, remote position (roughly 6-12 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. You’ll work directly with Dr. Ryan Giniel (owner) to handle everything related to RXN Performance’s marketing and social media.

Your job: Help RXN Performance grow and find more of our ideal patients

Responsibilities for this role are very FLEXIBLE

What You’ll Do

1. Create and manage RXN’s content calendar
2. Edit and post short-form content (mainly for Instagram)
3. Write captions and short-form copy that fit RXN’s brand
4. Engage with our audience via Instagram DMs
5. Assist with basic email writing and campaign setup

Who We Are Looking For

1. Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn — you bring the drive, we’ll teach the rest
2. Comfortable with CapCut, Instagram, and basic social media tools
3. Have a good eye for video, captions, and what performs online
4. Communicative- Always communicate issues when they arise
5. You can take feedback and apply it fast
6. You care about quality and consistency
7. You’re not lazy

Bonus Points If You…

1. Have experience in fitness, rehab, or health content
2. Can handle light graphic design or Canva work
3. Know your way around GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, or email marketing tools
4. Are willing to move into a part time admin role as well

Compensation

Hourly pay — based on experience, skill, and contribution level.

(We’ll determine rate after reviewing your portfolio and capabilities.)
