Job Description:

Spray Equipment & Service Center is looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

  • Develop content for various channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and printed materials.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and increasing brand visibility.
  • Help organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and propose innovative marketing and sales ideas.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communication, or related role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
