Compensation

The compensation target range for this role is:

$71,300 - $75,000

As a Marketing Analyst, you will work closely with the Manager of Marketing Analytics to support Marketing, Media, and Email & Text teams in analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. Your role will involve detailed reporting and analysis to uncover insights and opportunities for these teams.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to assess marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

• Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize advertising campaigns, enhancing ROI and driving business growth.

• Performance Tracking: Assist in building and maintaining both internal and in-platform dashboards and reports, offering actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and encourage growth of high-quality website traffic.

• Data Governance: Ensure the accuracy and transparency of marketing data by meticulously organizing and documenting definitions, processes, and procedures used in analysis.

• Personalization Support: Collaborate with various teams to contribute to the growing content personalization program. Assist in implementing testing plans, user segmentation strategies, and customer journey analyses.

• Collaboration: Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Retail, Finance, Web Development, SEO, and Data and Analytics Engineering, to support the entire business's needs.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience, or recent graduates with relevant academic and/or internship experience, seeking a career in marketing analytics.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Basic Proficiency in SQL to query and clean large datasets; familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.

• Interest in data visualization and reporting; familiarity with Looker is a plus.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new analytical tools and techniques; familiarity with GA4 is a plus.

• • Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.

• • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
