We are seeking a Market Survey Researcher to join our team. If you are a motivated self-starter IIR is a great company for you. In this role, you will work in the company database to perform quality control activities. You will review and verify data, make updates, research information on the internet, verify information via outbound calls (minimum 50% phone work), and other duties as assigned. Attention to detail, and knowledge of how corporate structures work are essential for this role.

• • Conduct surveys and collect data with emphasis on validating existing company data, using methods such as phone interviews, questionnaires, market analysis surveys, internet search techniques and review of industry publications.

  • Review, classify, and record survey data in preparation for computer analysis and client usage.
  • Perform data entry into database and other clerical work as required for task completion.
  • Verify the accuracy and validity of data; correct any errors.
  • Collaborate with other researchers in the work division, implementation, and completion of survey research.

Skills & Abilities:

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: One to two years related experience administrative work
Computer Skills: One or more years’ experience with technology including computer systems is required. The ability to quickly learn new software is required. Prior work experience in database entry work is preferred.
Other Requirements: One or more years’ experience using the phone as a business tool required, preferably completing outbound phone calls.
Other Physical Requirements: Vision (Near) & Sense of Sound (Conduct Phone Interviews)
Work Environment: General office environment with favorable lighting and temperature, no hazardous or unpleasant conditions.
