The Manufacturing & Development Specialist will develop and deliver Salaried Employee and Hourly Employee training. This includes conducting training needs assesments, delivering stand-up training, initiative roll-out, tracking of participants, serving as the Company liaison with vendors and state agencies, and working closely with and for HR and Business Clients. This position will support multiple locations and require travel. This position will be managed remotely and must be capable of working independently. This position is part of a larger distributed team and will need to work with team members.

The Qualified Candidate will have:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration
• Experience: 5>7 years
• Travel: 25 - 50%
• Fluent in MS Office, Power Point, Training Program Creation, Training Delivery.
• Knowledge of HR General Practices, LMS and Online content development a plus.
• Training design, Organizational / Leadership Development, HR processes and practices.
