Position: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager:

• Work closely with our diverse client base to understand their specific needs for HVAC, chillers, and dehumidification systems.
• Develop and refine system designs, focusing on enhancing performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Lead troubleshooting and technical support initiatives, ensuring high-quality client service and system reliability.
• Regularly review and analyze the latest industry developments, technologies, and regulations to inform our product development and maintain our market leadership.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related engineering field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically in HVAC, chillers, and dehumidification systems.
• Expertise in using design and analysis software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability in leadership, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
