The Role

The Manager, Strategic Talent Development is essential to the Agencies ongoing growth and strength, you’ll form an integral part of the business, ensuring ongoing professional development.

1. Experience working within Paid Media (ideally a performance agency!)
2. Design and roll-out learning and development plans, coordinating with senior leadership team to align of wider agency goals
3. Data-driven; utilizing reporting data to drive efficiencies
4. Strong communicator, able to establish and build relationships

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Background in Digital Media/Performance Marketing
2. Interest in People Management and development, experience creating/delivering L&D programs beneficial
3. Data-centric approach to driving success
