Job Description
Responsibilities
This role is fully US Remote/must resided in the United States.
Working closely with the payroll vendors to ensure payroll deadlines, objectives, quality of service and operational performance are met.,
Manage relationships with external payroll providers.
Ensure an accurate and timely payroll via Workday and PEO partners, including but not limited to base pay, stock compensation, payroll taxes, statutory and supplemental benefits, etc.
Cross-functional collaboration with business partners for process improvements and efficiencies.
Refine current payroll operations with internal payroll teams to streamline processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and best-in-class services.
Stay current on regulations, and labor laws impacting the payroll process, and stay compliant for all payroll tax jurisdictions.
Collaborate with Culture & Talent and Finance teams to maintain accurate payroll information.
Own payroll development and implementation process for new countries or entities.
Process W-2’s, reconcile and process funding to 401(k), FSA and HSA providers.
Manage the reporting from Workday HRIS and ADP as it relates to gross payroll, tax deductions, benefit deductions and employee status change requests, to ensure consistency between systems and with source records.
Address and respond to notices raised by US, State and Local tax authorities.
Advise on the tax implications of certain matters, such as adding employees in new states or localities, fringe benefits, tax gross ups, etc.
Partner with the SOX compliance team to develop and maintain effective internal controls over payroll and prepare/review control self-assessments for SOX compliance.
Work with external auditors on quarterly reviews, annual audits, substantive testing, walkthroughs, and all other information gathering.
Qualifications
Experienced and knowledgeable with Payroll Tax Laws and Regulations
Must have advanced proficiency in Workday.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, conditional formatting, if-and formulas

Compensation Range
$92,000 - $122,000 - $153,000
The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
