• This position is a part time position in the gallery, working no more than 20 hours per week.
• Salary is commensurate with experience (~ $45 per hour)

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Gallery Director, the Temporary Manager of Collections and Exhibitions oversees and coordinates the full range of collections management (registrarial) activities, including but not limited to processing and recording inve ntory, storage, location tracking, packing and transport, condition reporting, both in storage and exhibition spaces; and, organizes all non-curatorial elements of art fairs and exhibitions including applications, documentation, packing and shipping, and installation/de-installation activities. They are also responsible for maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date object records and images in ArtBase and on the shared server. They also support the finance department with invoices.
