The tinyRHINO Agencyis looking for a dynamic videographer/producer to oversee all content creation by the Co-CEO’s. Brian and Shad also known as theRHINOGUYS in the Dental Industry, leverage their personality brand to grow the business. If you love content creation, this will the perfect role for you as you focus most of your efforts on our brand content and its creation.

tinyRHINO is looking for that D-Rock/Gary Vee dynamic to capture and produce content for webinars, social media, live conferences, and podcasts as well as media production events for clients.

This position will require someone to have a great eye for videography and be able to capture and edit great content but also have the project management skills to produce the podcast.

This position does require extensive traveling with the CEO’s for all events!

Primary Objectives:

  • AVL expert
  • Videography
  • Editing
  • Content planning
  • Podcast Producer
  • Photography (bonus)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcements, external promotions on social media, product marketing, recruiting, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
  • Work independently or as part of a team to establish project deliverables
  • Develop production schedules
  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sound effects, media management and archiving project media
  • Manage video libraries
  • Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Management, Video/Film Production, Communications or similar; preferred.
  • Three to five years in a videographer/producer role; required. Ministry Industry preferred.
  • Awards and accolades from previous positions to reflect sales track record.
