Job Type: Temp to Hire! MUST HAVE 1-2 YEARS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE!

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
• On call

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS OF MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
• Previous experience in maintaining properties of some kind is a plus. (Handyman can qualify)
• HVAC certification is a MUST
• MUST have andknow how to use necessary tools to complete the job orders.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle outside elements and physical workload.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Performing quality checks and repairs on HVAC, AC, pool, plumbing and electrical systems as needed.
• Responding to safety concerns and relaying that information to appropriate authorities/supervisors.
• Must have leadership ability and can train other maintenance staff.
• Being proactive in maintaining the property and keep up to date with the best resources to do that.
• Coordinate with potential vendors and suppliers.
• Document all inspections.
• Landscaping, pest control, pool maintenance.
• Painting and drywall as needed.
• Install locks.
