Assist in the performance of a variety of general maintenance, repair, overhaul and construction duties. Maintain interior and exterior surfaces through the removal and or application of paint, varnish, stain and other finishes and wallpapers. Participates in resident care services as directed by supervisor in accordance with in-service training.
