Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with current and potential clients
• Build and maintain your desk through various channels, including social events, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with property developers, designers, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on current trends, property values, and competitive landscapes in the luxury real estate market.
• Work alongside front and back office teams to guide clients through the entire transaction process to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
• Offer expert advice on investment opportunities and potential risks associated with luxury real estate transactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, legal regulations, and market dynamics related to luxury real estate.

Qualifications:

• Valid Puerto Rico real estate license
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a real estate agent, with a focus on luxury properties.
• Ability to articulate complex real estate concepts and synthesize data clearly to clients.
• Strong negotiation skills with a provable track record
• Flexibility
