Zinkerz is currently seeking experienced instructors to help teach our Graduate Admissions Test Prep classes, with a primary focus on the LSAT. Additionally, we are looking for candidates capable of instructing GRE and GMAT curricula. These classes focus on advanced verbal reasoning, quantitative analysis, and analytical writing. The purpose of these classes is to prepare students for the rigors of graduate-level entrance exams and to close foundational gaps in logic and data interpretation.

Instructors will work with students over an extended period, building strong relationships to guide and manage their progress. The one-on-one lessons will be conducted using Zinkerz web apps, which provide in-depth tutorials and meaningful exercises.

Qualifications

1. Availability: Must have 10+ available hours per week, ideally between 4pm – 10pm EST.
2. Experience: At least one year of teaching or tutoring experience, specifically focused on the LSAT (GRE/GMAT experience is a significant plus).
3. Subject Expertise: Expertly familiar with Graduate-level testing logic, including Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Comparison, and Data Sufficiency.
4. Communication: Must be outgoing, energetic, and highly responsive.
5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and multimedia resources in a remote classroom environment.
6. Education: Bachelor’s degree required (JD, MBA, or current graduate students preferred).

Duties & Skills

1. Deliver engaging, interactive one-on-one lessons using preexisting LSAT curriculum.
2. Assess student progress, provide detailed feedback, and adapt methods to meet diverse learning needs.
3. Utilize effective management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance via the Zinkerz platform.
