Centre Ave. Health & Rehab is hiring a quality Licensed Practical Nurse for the Ward Clerk position who plays an important role in the recovery and well-being of our elderly patients and residents at our beautiful Fort Collins, CO location. L ocated at 815 Centre Ave. Fort Collins, Co., we offer furnished private rooms designed to provide comfort for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation following hospitalization or for long-term care, or end of life care/hospice care.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current CPR Certification
• New Grad LPN's Welcome as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care or any other related healthcare facility
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
