Job Title: Low-Code/No-Code Developer

Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-month conversion)

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $40-$55 an hour based on experience

Location: Remote, USA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Low-Code/No-Code Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, or Creatio. The ideal candidate has both strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using low-code/no-code platforms (Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, Creatio, etc.).
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional technical specifications.
3. Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions based on user feedback.
4. Analyze business and workflow processes to deliver optimized and automated solutions.
5. Define implementation capabilities, limitations, and performance requirements for end-user applications.
6. Educate users on how to effectively utilize and adopt low-code/no-code solutions.
7. Use drag-and-drop builders, pre-built templates, and visual-based development environments to create solutions with minimal traditional coding.
8. Configure and set up applications tailored to client-specific requirements.
9. Monitor and optimize the performance, usability, and reliability of deployed applications.
10. Partner with clients on testing, onboarding, and root cause analysis to enhance solution effectiveness.
11. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in low-code/no-code platforms.
12. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Note: Additional relevant experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
3. 5+ years of experience in software project management or software development.
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in software support and issue diagnosis.
5. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in low-code/no-code application development.
6. Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general Web 2.0 techniques.
