We are a growing plaintiff's personal injury law firm in need of a reliable and proactive litigation paralegal.

The paralegal will work directly with our two attorneys and our four existing paralegals to prepare for upcoming cases, hearings, motions and conferences. In addition, the paralegal will have regular communication with medical offices, clients, law firms, and court staff. Our caseload is growing and the ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our clients’ needs in an efficient fashion.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings (Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars, Responses to Discovery Demands)
• Obtaining medical records
• Communications with doctors' offices and Court personnell
• Electronically file pleadings
• Coordinate and schedule personal calendar for deadlines for responses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal in plaintiff's personal injury with similar responsibilities as above.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
