Store Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve store sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Manage store budget, including expense control and revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales transactions, and cash register activity.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions to build a high-performing store team.
Experience:
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of shift management principles to ensure smooth store operations.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills.
