Many teams promise leads, which may just be someone's contact info. We provide 10+ opportunities per month, which are better than leads. Your pipeline is filled with real people who ask to speak with a real estate agent.

Responsibilities

· Speak and engage withhand-raised opportunitiesto discover a client's unique situation, create a custom plan to achieve the client's priorities, and guide them along the path to closing.

· Provide home buyers with information about specific homes & the local real estate market.

· Schedule and show homes when it is convenient for the client (including nights & weekends).

· Assist clients with the home purchase process including writing contracts, handling negotiations, coordinating mortgages, assisting with home inspections, and reviewing closing documents for accuracy, while showing empathy and confidence throughout the process.

Qualifications

· Must have a valid Georgia Real Estate License.

Georgia Real Estate License is ***Required***

Dunwoody, GA 30338: Reliably, able to commute or planning to relocate before starting work ***Required***

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
