Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with audiences, and drive traffic to our client's websites. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our online presence and contribute to the growth of our company.
Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Tik-Tok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging and compelling content that aligns with our clients' brand voice and resonates with their target audience
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with followers
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Effectively manage and stay organized to consistently track and maintain a portfolio of clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven 1 year work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
