A leading software and database solutions company is seeking an experience Legal Operations professional with expertise with Ironclad migrations to assist the company on an interim/contract basis (full time, 40 hours per week, for 3 months).

Title: Legal Operations (Ironclad contract migration)

Duration: 3 Months (From May - August 2025)

Pay Rate: $40 - $55 / hour

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation of Ironclad by building and optimizing workflows tailored to the company's needs.
2. Manually review and tag legacy contracts uploaded to Ironclad to ensure proper categorization and accessibility.
3. Collaborate with the internal legal team to streamline contract management processes.
4. Provide support for any ad-hoc projects related to contract lifecycle management and legal operations.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in legal operations, with a focus on contract management systems.
2. Familiarity with Ironclad and experience in building workflows within the platform.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and organize large volumes of contracts.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
