We are seeking a talented Lead Software Developer with the potential to grow into the CTO role as the company expands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React Native and Node.js. Prior experience in a startup environment, UI/UX design, and project management or leadership roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the AVDA mobile app using React Native and Node.js
• Integrate third-party APIs to expand the app's capabilities
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement user interfaces and user experiences that delight our users
• Take a leadership role in guiding and mentoring junior developers, as well as managing project timelines and deliverables
• Contribute to the strategic planning and vision of the company as a potential CTO

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in SaaS development, with a focus on React Native and Node.js
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques and technologies a plus
• Experience working with APIs and integrating them into software solutions
• Previous experience in a startup environment
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a CTO or senior technical leadership role
• Familiarity with GPT and chatbot technology
• Demonstrated success in managing software development teams

Compensation:

• Competitive salary (Up to $50,000 per year, with potential for increase upon securing funding)
