Looking to step into a high-impact, career‑defining role where you can shape the future of a rapidly scaling platform?

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven technology organization that is transforming its industry through innovative, cutting-edge products used by millions of users nationwide. With strong momentum and continued investment in technology, they are entering a major growth phase and building out their engineering leadership bench.

This is a unique opportunity to join as a Lead Salesforce Developer and play a critical role in redefining and modernizing a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem, while also setting yourself up for future leadership and management opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
  2. Act as a hands-on technical leader (50/50 strategy + development), owning both solution design and execution
  3. Drive a platform transformation effort, simplifying complex systems and reducing technical debt
  4. Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities where possible
  5. Establish and enforce development best practices across architecture, testing, and code quality
  6. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align delivery priorities with technical strategy
  7. Mentor and coach developers, helping elevate team capability and supporting future leadership growth
  8. Support multi-team Agile delivery, guiding work across multiple teams and ensuring alignment
  9. Lead adoption of modern Salesforce technologies and emerging platform capabilities

Why This Role Stands Out

  1. High-growth environment with strong investment in technology
  2. Opportunity to own technical direction and drive meaningful transformation
  3. Clear path for career progression into architecture or engineering leadership/management
  4. Work on cutting-edge Salesforce capabilities and modern platform solutions
  5. Highly visible role with direct business impact
  6. Fully remote (U.S.) with a flexible work culture

What We're Looking For

  1. 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on coding and solution design
  2. Expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations
  3. Experience working within complex, enterprise Salesforce environments
  4. Proven ability to simplify systems and improve performance and scalability
  5. Familiarity with Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, quote-to-cash) is a plus
  6. Experience leading initiatives across multiple Agile teams
  7. Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices (sprint planning, backlog refinement, release management)
  8. Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  9. Passion for mentoring others and growing into leadership responsibilities

Preferred Experience

  1. Exposure to modern platform capabilities such as data platforms, automation, or AI-driven tools
  2. Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II or similar)
  3. Experience working in high-growth or scaling technology environments

The Opportunity

This is more than just a development role—it’s an opportunity to:

  1. Shape the future of a large-scale Salesforce platform
  2. Work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
  3. Position yourself for rapid career growth into leadership
