Lead Developer (Full Stack PHP)

We are seeking a Lead Developer to take a hands-on role in developing and enhancing our corporate restaurant delivery platform. This role requires a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both backend and frontend development. You will spend most of your time programming and reviewing code from other developers, while also leading a small team. You will be responsible for laying out the development framework and integrating new technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.

As a key contributor, you will build, extend, and maintain our platform, ensuring it remains secure, high-performing, and adaptable to business needs. Your responsibilities will include adding new functionality, optimizing development operations, producing clean and scalable code, reviewing, and testing code, and working closely with the technical team to deliver innovative solutions.

Required Experience

1. Full Stack Developer with extensive PHP expertise and 3-5 years of professional development experience.
2. Strong LAMP stack background and experience designing development frameworks.
3. Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
4. Hands-on experience with web API development and integration.
5. Familiarity with automated testing tools and continuous integration.
6. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including modern libraries and frameworks.
7. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for frontend development.
8. Experience working collaboratively using Git/GitHub.
9. Ability to work independently and mentor a small team.
10. Experience designing and implementing responsive, mobile-friendly frontend solutions.

Preferred Experience

1. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Backbone, Underscore).
2. Exposure to AWS and DevOps practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
