AP Window Co. is expanding! We are a local replacement window and door company with a goal of providing excellent craftsmanship to our community, coupled with extraordinary customer service!

We are looking for a tenured Installation Lead with a clean driving record. Experience driving a Box truck, or its equivalent is required for this position as it's a daily task. The right fitting candidate has a minimum 1-2 years leading a construction crew and a minimum of 3-5 years installing a cutback window/door and understands how to install an insert window as well. We are a Certified Contractor with Pella and Andersen; experience with these products is considered a plus. This candidate should be experienced in providing extraordinary customer service on the jobsite while managing the project and being accountable for quality control. They are comfortable with all types of woodcuts, flashing applications, can create custom thresholds for doors, and takes pride in caulk lines! Furthermore, the right candidate should be able to build exterior trim profiles with a sloped sill, crown, or with a multi-layered detail, along with being able to build and install interior trim, both paint grade & stain grade. Lastly, this candidate needs experience in framing for widening openings with new headers, shrinking/closing openings, or cutting down walls for existing openings changing to a door. Only candidates with 3 references (1 reference related to your work leading a crew) and a resume will be considered.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
