We’re now expanding our roofing sales division — one of the most profitable verticals we run — and we’re hiring Remote Appointment Setters who are coachable, competitive, and ready to earn.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be on the front line generating business for our roofing partners:

1. Make outbound calls to homeowners in active roofing markets
2. Follow proven scripts, flows, and objection handlers
3. Set qualified roofing inspection appointments
4. Join coaching sessions to sharpen your sales skills
5. Hit performance targets and watch your weekly commissions climb
6. Work directly with a leadership team that knows how to WIN

This is a fast-paced, high-volume, high-reward role. If you can stay consistent, you can make serious money.

What You’ll Earn

Most dedicated setters earn $1,000–$1,500+ per week. Top performers earn even more.

Daily Commission Structure (per valid appointment):

1. 1–2 valid appointments: $45 each
2. 3 valid appointments: $50 each
3. 4+ valid appointments: $55 each
4. Commissions are paid weekly, every Monday
5. No earnings cap – your income is directly tied to your performance

Training & Support

We don’t just throw you on the phones. We train you like a pro.

1. Mandatory HR onboarding: December 1
2. Daily live coaching with one of the top roofing trainers in the U.S.
3. Systems designed to get new setters to $250–$300/day as quickly as possible

1. 2+ years outbound cold calling or appointment setting
2. Experience with high-volume dialing systems
3. Strong English and a clear, easy-to-understand speaking voice
4. Ability to stay calm, confident, and in control on the phone
5. Reliable home setup:
6. Computer with 8GB+ RAM

9. Availability: 12:00pm–8:00pm EST
