We are looking for commission-based lead generators to help grow our custom clothing business by generating leads and securing orders. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who enjoy networking, sales, and working on their own schedule. You will be responsible for finding potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales with programs, organizations, schools, clubs, groups, or anyone ordering in bulk.

Responsibilities

1. Find and contact programs, organizations, schools, clubs, groups, etc to sell our customized clothing service to.
2. Reach out through calls, emails, social media, or in person to get orders.
3. Build relationships and always maintain a respectful, professional attitude with the client
4. Communicate order details to manager for pricing and production
5. Track leads, sales, and progress
6. Promote the brand and help grow sales
7. Work independently and manage your own schedule

Qualifications

1. Good communication and sales skills
2. Self-motivated and able to work independently
3. Comfortable with trying out outreach methods such as in-person contact, cold calling, emails, etc.
4. Be willing to be a part of the company and grow with us

Commission

• You earn $80 for every order of 24 pieces of clothing/accessories executed

• Commission increases at a fixed rate. For example, an order 24 pieces is $80, an order of 48 pieces is $160, and so forth.

• You are entitled to commission bonuses when you generate large orders

Resources

• Our team uses resources such as google meet/chat for communication, google classroom for preparation, and other apps necessary to complete work.

• We provide a google classroom with essential information and material.

• There is also a marketing preparation video provided in the google classroom.
