We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontend Development Lead to design and build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for a cutting-edge financial platform. This role involves leading the UI/UX discipline from inception, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure web applications that simplify complex financial workflows for enterprise and public-sector clients. Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of front-end development experience building modern web applications
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
3. Expertise in React (preferred)
4. Experience integrating with .NET / C# APIs in a Microsoft-based environment
5. Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines
6. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth2, JWT, and secure integration patterns
7. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, WCAG accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
8. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar)
9. Exposure to UI testing tools (Playwright, Cypress, Jest) and agile methodologies
10. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

1. Build responsive, high-performance, accessible web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, primarily React
2. Develop and maintain reusable UI components and style libraries to ensure consistency across modules and white-label variations
3. Collaborate with backend developers to consume RESTful APIs, implement authentication, and troubleshoot API-related issues
4. Lead the translation of wireframes, prototypes, and design systems into production-quality code while contributing to the company’s visual identity and UX standards
5. Optimize application performance and load times for enterprise-grade deployments
6. Participate in sprint planning, peer code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD workflows within Azure or GitHub actions
7. Establish and document front-end standards and best practices for the growing development team
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment with product goals, scalability, usability, and security standards
