Position: Lead Field Service Engineer
Location: fully remote, with heavy travel
Compensation: $105,000-$120,000K base + 10% bonus
Responsibilities
- Oversee a small team of 5 engineers, ensuring quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist in deploying new product installations and offering maintenance for existing products
- Coordinate and manage installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of field-based products and equipment.
- Analyze data to track performance and improve customer satisfaction
- Convey product concerns to quality and manufacturing teams to address escalated customer issues effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in related field (electrical, mechanical, acoustics, vibration, and/or magnetic fields)
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Skilled in data measurement and data analysis
- Experience working for an OEM Semiconductor
