Job Title: Lead Cold Caller

Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: $30/hr + Performance Bonuses

 

About Us: We are a growing company in the real estate sector, focused on acquiring and managing mobile home parks (MHP). Our goal is to reach 1,000 lots by the end of the year through effective cold calling and lead generation.

 

Position Overview: We seek an experienced and motivated Lead Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling, be able to generate off-market leads, and possess the skills to manage our database accurately. This role is crucial to our growth and success, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential sellers to generate off-market leads.
  • Maintain and update the existing database with accurate call notes and lead information.
  • Meet and exceed set targets for lead generation.
  • Work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on lead quality and acquisition strategies.
  • Propose and execute a test task to demonstrate capabilities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral or no accent.
  • Enthusiastic, respectful, and able to think quickly on your feet.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and maintain a database.
  • Motivated to earn bonuses and understand that success in this role leads to significant financial rewards.
  • Flexible, consistent, and persistent in approach.
  • Able to work at least 20 hours a week with potential for more based on performance.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems quickly.

 

Success Criteria:

  • US-based with some experience in cold calling.
  • Great salesperson in the making: Enthusiastic, respectful, quick thinker, independent, flexible, good listener.
  • Motivated by earning bonuses for each deal closed.
  • Can commit to producing a set number of leads per week.
  • Organized and accurate in managing our database.
  • Willing to undertake a test run and propose a test task.
  • Saves us time by being independent and delivering results.
