- Oversee cashiers and ensure efficient and accurate cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints
- Train new cashiers on proper cash handling procedures and customer service techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Deposit daily funds and ensure safe count stays accurate and correct daily.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation
- Perform cashier duties as needed during peak times or when additional support is required

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage cashier schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, technical sales, or wireless sales is preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and team members
