We are looking for a Part-time Laborer / Handyman to work on our Midtown office building.

Along with maintenance, this individual will be responsible for picking up trash. We want someone who has some knowledge of all trades, extremely reliable, and can work on their own. A minimum of 3hrs/day with a flexible work schedule.

Any ability to paint or general carpentry is a PLUS.

COMPENSATION: Depends on EXPERIENCE.
