Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen & Bath Designer/Manager. The Kitchen & Bath Designer/Manager will be responsible for designing kitchens and bathrooms, providing excellent customer service, communicating with clients, and driving sales. The role involves working at our showroom in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Kitchen & Bath Design and Cabinetry
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in design software such as 20/20 or ProKitchen
• Prior experience in the kitchen and bath industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred
