Key Responsibilities:

• Website Maintenance: Proficiently manage and maintain WordPress websites using HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP.
• Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients via email, phone, and text to understand and address website change requests.
• Web Changes: Implement changes promptly upon client or in-house request, collaborating with design and content teams.
• Changes Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate completion of web changes, meeting client expectations.
• Quality Checks: Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Technical Proficiency: Stay informed about industry trends, integrate new technologies, and provide technical support to clients regarding website functionality and features.
• Delegated Task Completion: The successful candidate will be expected to promptly and efficiently complete any delegated tasks within their skill set.
• Work with Senior Developers to oversee more advanced requests and ensure client expectations are managed appropriately

Working Hours: This is a remote, full-time position from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern. An applicant is required to have high-speed internet and provide their own workspace.
